IMDG Code – International Maritime Organization
The code for Maritime transportation of dangerous goods – IMDG Code defines that all employees involved in the transport of dangerous goods at sea, including shipping companies, agents and forwarders – will recognize the Code requirements. The Administration of Shipping and Ports", In CG9 (f) order, requires the workers to be trained in Certification course starting December 2007, as a condition for dealing with transport of dangerous goods.

a. Introduction to hazardous materials | Target audience: People who work in shipping companies, exporters and every person engaged in the international transport of dangerous goods. |
b. The IMDG Code and its parts | Duration: 40 hours, 5 meetings, 1 day per week. |
c. Practical exercise of preparing Dispatching statements | Start time: 08:30 |
